Refund policy

Proud HBCU Grad does NOT accept returns but will accept exchanges. We also do not process cancellations under any circumstances. Please read the size chart provided if you have any questions regarding the fit of our apparel. If you receive an item and the sizing is not perfect, we will gladly exchange it for the right size; providing it’s in stock. If your item is not in stock, we will exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value.
Proud HBCU Grad only accepts exchanges within 10-14 days of shipping. Exchanges must be received in their original, unworn, and unused condition. Personalized or customized items are not eligible for exchange. All exchanges must be accompanied by the original order number and the reason for the exchange. Please note that the purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping fees.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
